I am a subscriber, yet the app only lets me save a maximum of 10 articles. That’s beyond ridiculous!

The old app with the green R symbol was much better then the new revised North Jersey app the replaced it. The new app constantly crashes and has to restart while trying to read the E-edition newspaper. Plus ads com up and you have to wait for a period of time before you can close them and resume reading the paper. It is frustrating and terrible. FIX THE NEW APP!

It’s not enough that I have to see advertisements intermixed with content on the free sites, it’s even worse when I pay a monthly subscription and am forced to navigate advertisements interspersed with actual content. At least the advertisements are easier to notice in the printed publications. On this poor excuse for a news app, they’re everywhere and are positioned to trick you into clicking them and forfeiting information you’d otherwise not give. C’mon guys, give us a break already! You take enough from us in the print and unpaid content; how about refraining from the money-grab here?

I’ve had nothing but difficulty with this app since it changed its title. The pages constantly jump from one to another. I continually have to return to page one and start over. I have no problems with any other app that I use so I have to assume the problem is with this one.

Once you subscribe you will never be able to unsubscribe. I have been trying to unsubscribe for 2 YEARS. They don't answer the phone or stop the auto payment. This is nothing but a siphon.

As a reader of The Record in north NJ for many years, I love the digital version. Although since being taken over by USA Today, the quality has gone way downhill with lots of typos and crappy editing. Also why no coverage of New Jersey’s only professional sports team, the NJ Devils? This stinks.

I just downloaded the app. I have a paid subscription. The app is covered in ads. Even worse, many ads are pop-up ads in the app. I haven’t seen pop-up ads in an app in a long time. And the fact that I pay for this account and they still disrespect me by testing my time and patience with non-stop annoyances - it’s rude.

Too many articles reach beyond the iPhone screen margins. Changing the font size does NOT correct the issue. This renders articles too ‘chopped up’ to properly read. The left and right side margins are cut off. Please investigate and fix in your next update.

Show me how to make a cancellation before the trial has expired please

It so difficult to cancel a subscription. It’s beyond ridiculous that I have to physically call you to cancel a digital subscription.
