When other email systems fail (like Spectrum which they have been working on the problem for months of not being able to send or respond to emails) Microsoft Outlook provides a means to continue business.

Always an apple mail user. Outlook now seamlessly syncing with iCloud makes this a much easier switch for a power user.

I would give 5 stars if the ability to search the email inbox could be further narrowed or filtered out. Sometimes searching for an old email can be daunting without being able to filter out the search.
  • No way to block spam unless you open the email

Microsoft needs to make it so no matter if your in your inbox or junk email box your can select the email and block the email without opening it. Forcing me to open a email violates my rights to decline the email breaks federal law. Also not enforcing filtering of spam to prevent national security risks is a violation of federal laws.
  • Being aware

I’ve had hotmail.com for all the important things that needed to be sent there because it was the only one that I used as my first email account. But in the future when you want to save something in your folders, be very aware to make sure that you don’t save too much because then this service where you keep your important folder's, will be deleted with your most important papers. it’s a good idea that Microsoft gives you the option for those who have plenty of money and can afford the Microsoft 365. But it’s much bigger space and can hold all your folders that you put together on your email account. Enjoy your service at Microsoft because it’s free email account. So don’t let it get too cluttered and if you have important things put it somewhere else. I have a lot of Bible studies that are audio but once I send them out then I erase them. Enjoy what you have with Microsoft.

I travel a lot for work, so rely on this app, which is unfortunate. Inbox folder is fine and typically shows me all the emails in it, however, nothing will appear in my other folders. No matter how many times I restart, update the app, etc. I access a folder for my expenses, shows nothing and says it can't access it. I've checked the settings and had our IT department look it over. Now for important emails I need to access later I forward to my Gmail account so I can actually open them. Thanks Microsoft!
