    Even though the prices may seem expensive, I forgive you due to my misunderstanding! iPhone 17 Air or iPhone 18 Air is a nice thin upgrade! The Touch Screen Scrolling Feature is Malfunctioning!

    I contacted support through this app to see if Apple had any waterproof Apple Watch bands that were free of PFAS chemicals. Even after I explained the difference between waterproof and water-resistant (because I’m a swimmer and need a band that will hold up to more than just a light splash), support personnel talked in circles and passed me around to about 4 different people. Either they didn’t understand the difference between waterproof and water-resistant, or they were trying to hide the fact that their waterproof watch bands aren’t free of cancer-causing chemicals.

    I spoke with a supervisor around 10 am and he promised me he would take over my case and give me a call back the call was never received . When i requested a new call back from a supervisor i was given options that would not work and on top of that was told the previous supervisor basically lied to not have a hard conversation. Then the supervisor at 750pm EST he said since i did not like his options he was disconnecting the call. I never yelled at him or used profanity and was treated poorly. I have a lot of Apple devices and feel as if my situation doesn’t even matter based on how i have been treated. I have serious health issues with a whole device in my chest so family have to be able to get in contact with me to ensure I’m alive . I told the supervisor that and he laughed .
