    Contacted “Apple Support” several times to report Fraudulent activities by “Miniclip 8 Ball Pool” a game Apple promotes as “Editors Choice”. My complaint was instantly met with a deaf ear and blind eye, case “Closed” automatically after every single calls to Apple. With the App Store flooded with fake reviews, this game is fraudulently scamming users with clear cheats to purchase $$$ packages, that is deceitful and monetary fraud. Why is Apple ignoring complaints ?
  • Airpods problem

    Ok, I am unfortunate user of airpods, ipad and iphone. I use my airpods with my iphone ONLY. The problem is that iPad automatically connects the AirPods and the problem is when I “ forget the device” on the iPad it’s automatically forget the device on my iPhone. Update: dictation is worse than it was before. There was keyboard earlier while I was dictating and now it’s not which makes dictation almost impossible. You guys are forcing me to switch to Samsung.

    Omg this is the WORST HOLD TIME IS MORE THAN 2 mins! Why?! A lot of problems after I did software updates on all of my devices 17.4 I noticed a few and now 17.4.1 and 17.5.1 I NOTICED THE PROBLEMS DID NOT GET FIXED! Omg SERIOUSLY trillion 👎🏻 Fitness app I used chat and phone support and they claimed to escalate nope definitely not because after the last software update it made things worst for my iPad ,iPhone and watch! Syncing for certain apps be it 3rd party and Apple Apps the functionality is questionable and I have AppleCare+ on all and even that service is TRILLIONS 👎🏻a few years I switched from Android devices to Apple devices and support is still questionable 😡

    I was thrilled with the service today. The service provider was very knowledgeable and helped me through my concern about accessing Indesign When we were disconnected for some reason he got me ba k and was happy to answer any questions. It was prompt and successful to fix issue. Very pleasant too. Dr Marjorie Goodwin. UCLA.

    You’ll waste a lot of time telling them about the same thing over and over as they transfer you to different “specialists”, and finally will just tell you to go to a physical store after spending an hour on the chat.

    You guys need to make it easier to get help! Ive been overcharged and you(apple) just tried to get more $ from my account but my bank refused it, when i started looking at my account with you guys i saw where i have been charged 2 times on same day and time. It would be great to talk to someone from apple! Please respond.
  • Stop the SPAM texts! I get prob 30-50 daily!!!

    Please work on protecting our phone numbers/access to our texts messages.... Seriously... to block every dang spam number is like 10 step process fort EACH spam text, which is never the same one twice. Plus it doesn't even slow them down! I have over a hundred unread text messages daily if I don't keep up on it. And just "filtering unknown senders" makes me miss important notifications I actually depend on. This is out of control, I'm at my wits end with it. Also please help us remove predictive texts words like 'Amas' when clearly I'm trying to type 'and' 🤦‍♀️
