26.01 introduced an enormous number of nasty bugs, exceptionally high even for APPLE. Most are related to oxymoron “Apple Intelligence “. Apple support for this “intelligence” is completely useless and unreliable.

Calling AppleCare directly is more effective. No record of Support

I’ve done everything exactly as instructed — followed every single step on Apple’s website, waited patiently for the recovery window, verified my phone number, and even called Apple Support for help. Every time I follow their directions, the system restarts my recovery and pushes my timeline back days. I was on the phone with support, got disconnected, and nobody bothered to call me back. Now my recovery has started over again. This is beyond frustrating — it’s broken. Because of this mess, I’m now losing money on my trade-in since I can’t reset or turn in my phone. I’ve done everything right, and Apple’s automated process keeps punishing me for trying to follow the rules. The system needs to change. There’s no accountability, no real help from support, and no way to stop this endless loop. I’ve wasted hours, lost money, and all I get are automated messages and new “recovery dates” that never mean anything. Absolutely unacceptable from a company that prides itself on user experience.
  • Human?

There’s nothing like the human voice to divulge who you’re really speaking to and how to approach them or not with verbiage when everything’s remote with the screen in front of your face it’s blocking the humanness that reality is kind enough to show us

Why does this app allow reviews? There does not appear to be any Apple responses!

The new software is not right for my use. I would like to go back to the original

Apple ignoring its own App “Policies” and User complaints of the Grindr App hosting, promoting female 💋Sex Worker services, 💎Crystal Meth & Narcotics sales amongst a sea of fishing Scammers using Fake Profiles. No matter where you file complaints it is ignored by Apple and Grindr. Need Apple and law enforcement to wake up. Shameful of Apple to ignore criminal activities done by an App they distribute and profit from. Take a look for yourself.

The online chat customer service from Apple's China team is terrible. They often end the conversation before I finish speaking or even before the problem is solved. They have poor comprehension and are not interested in solving problems. They don't want to solve the problem, so they just shirk responsibility and attitude is very casually.

Apple I love you, however it’s come to my attention that the updates on iPhones tend to make the phones more glitchy.
