    Listen to intego podcasts…if apple really cared to support their customers they would patch the many extreme vulnerabilities that have existed for years. I refuse to purchase a new apple computer until they do.

    Really unhappy with the update. Switching between screens is horrible now. You can no longer see the screens flipping and can not tell when the screen is moving up to change screens. It’s horrible and very annoying. Please go back to old style of changing the multi screen flipping. If that gets fixed I’ll definitely give 5*’s cause I’m through and through an iPhone user

    Horrible customer support. I supposedly was chatting with a real person called Akush. I was promised help and then a second later the chat is cut off (not by my doing). Disgustingly unprofessional and useless service. Apple is abysmal when it comes to customer care it seems. Additionally, the device I have facing the issues is not even a year old that has been cared for greatly. It seems like Apple devices don’t have good longevity either.
