    I have had four Apple iPhones, and any time I call Apple support I have gotten a great result each time. Each time the problem was so bad that they had to go through the entire diagnostic for that particular phone and ended up they had to send me a new phone which would start my warranty from the beginning! Not many companies would do that, but Apple did!

    “Agent Hunt Hitman Shooter” : please stop suggesting I play this game. Love the Apple devices and it’s we’re a great company. I just don’t want that ad for an application to pop up on my device anymore. Thanks. Hopefully it can be stopped. I’m busy working on other ideas for developments. I wish them well whoever made it.     I rarely call Apple Support mainly because I hate dealing with the tens of VRUs and making sure I press the right option. Using this app, I can choose which device I need help with and I get right to the department I need. As a bonus, they can send me links to either fixes or articles detailing what to do. But wait! If you order right now, you get a transcript of your conversation absolutely free! 😆

    I keep getting a bill from Apple.Com Bill for 10.29 on my account. Those have been cancel. But I look on my phone Wedfic keeps taking 10.29 out of my account. At one time I was reading a book on Wedfic but when I couldn’t get back to the chapters I was reading I cancelled. I didn’t want to start from the beginning of the book. When I was reading The amazing Charlie Wade. My phone broke I had to get another phone. I would had to read from the beginning I was on chapter 678 . I didn’t want to read anymore. If I couldn’t get back to that chapters. So I cancel long time ago. So why are y’all charging me for something that I not even subscribe to. My name is Regina Burns so please stop charging me for something that I’m not reading. I appreciate it very much. I am 73 years old. I don’t have money to just give away. Those 10 dollars adds up. I’m not even reading anymore , I was a faithful Apple customer I paid my bills on time bc it was a story that I wanted to read. But since I couldn’t get back to the chapters I was reading. Why read. Stop Charging Me Please!! !

    I made 2 in-app purchases and did not receive what I paid for. Apple’s answer was that the purchases did not qualify for a refund. I would suggest documenting each time a purchase is made as Apple is no help. I would think they would need the web developer to provide proof the purchases were delivered or that they answered the support requests. No none of that. Just no refund for something you did not receive. Terrible support!
