This app is like an example of a terrible app you should avoid when creating your own app, and I haven’t even made it through enrollment. The enrollment process asks for your id, and pulls up a camera via with a rectangular box meant to outline your ID. When you take a photo with your ID perfectly within the box … the resulting photo is cropped square. The information on the sides of your ID are clipped away and the app tells you that your photo is not clear. I clicked a button to try again and the app crashed. Reopening, I took the photo from further away so that when it was clipped square, you could see all of it. Nope, that photo is unclear it says. I did this a few times from my 2021 MacBook Pro camera and decided to try the other option, connecting to my iPhone 17. This time, it told me there was a problem taking the photo after I snapped it, and when I tried to take it again, the app beach-balled until I restated it. This does not

Where are the filtration options.. searching is so frustrating

What a garbage! And this app was approved and developed by 2 zillion dollars company. It does not give an option to upload a picture if you “ID” whatever it is and only gives an option to take picture. Try taking picture of your real ID, it is shining like a mirror, so the App fails to take pictures. Or try taking picture with the camera on your Mac Book… Also you must upload both pictures, not one at a time, so you do not know which one is bad. And this garbage is in the App Store…
